Have you been struggling with difficult life changes? Change can be daunting and mark the end of certain paths, but endings are also new beginnings. Those new beginnings are ours to build into something better.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Connecticut. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Southern New Hampshire University, earning a BA in Human Services and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical experience includes work with a variety of populations, with a particular focus on substance use and mood disorders, couples counseling, and trauma-focused therapy.
I would describe myself as having a down-to-earth nature, a sense of humor, and a personable demeanor. I have an eclectic approach, utilizing various theoretical approaches and real-life experience. My passion is working with individuals and couples to navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. It is so important to me to meet my clients where they are at and provide a safe and accepting environment to help each individual feel secure throughout the therapeutic process. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through your therapeutic journey.
